Claudia is a passionate designer and maker of both set and costume. Originally from Sydney, she moved to Melbourne/Naarm to study at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), recently completing a degree in Production.

Claudia’s design credits include; Co-designer for The View From Up Here (2022, dir. Julian Dibley Hall), Betty (2022, dir. Iain Sinclair), set design for Nora (2022, dir. Liv Satchell and Xanthe Beesley), costume design for The March (2021, 5AM), Animal Farm (2020, dir. Saro Lusty-Cavallari), Body (2019, choreographed by Sue Healey), and Everything All the Time (2018, choregraphed by Lee Serle). Her other set design credits include Mirror Mirror (2019, dir. Georgina Naidu) and The Great Australian Play (2020, dir. Saro Lusty Cavallari and written by Kim Ho). The Great Australian Play was also nominated for best independent production at the 38th Annual Green Room Awards.

Claudia has also worked in the construction of both set and costume. These credits include contributions towards Guerilla Sabbath, Peter Pan, The Drowsy Chaperone, The Caucasian Chalk Circle and A Small Mountain. Eventually: Happening.

In 2020 she had the privilege of completing an internship with Anna Cordingley on Victorian Opera’s production of Salome. She also undertook an internship in 2019 with Global Creatures; Muriel’s Wedding The Musical in the costume workroom.

In her spare time, Claudia is a Dresser for Hamilton at Her Majesty’s Theatre Melbourne.
